At Get Vertical, we strive to provide you with top-quality stunt parts that meet your expectations. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a return or refund is necessary. Please review our return policy below:
1. Unopened and Unused Products: If you receive a stunt part from us and it remains unopened and unused, you may be eligible for a full refund of the product cost (excluding shipping fees). To qualify for this refund, please ensure that the product is in its original packaging and has not been used or tampered with.
2. Damaged Products upon Shipping: In the unfortunate event that your purchased stunt part arrives damaged during shipping, we offer both an exchange and a refund on shipping fees. Please notify us at coach@getverticalcoaching.com within 7 days of receiving the damaged product, providing photographic evidence of the damage along with your order details.
3. Satisfaction Guarantee: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Get Vertical. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality or performance of our stunt parts, please contact us within 30 days of purchase to discuss your concerns.
